Born in a family of designers, Richa was was always surrounded by design ideology. How Design works always made her curious. She always felt that business and design go hand in hand. All her childhood expeditions were either at her fathers office or at his ongoing interior sites.
Growing up she was facinated with TV ads, Banners, Animation and movies. Which made her explore Multimedia Design along with her conventional
commerce degree.
She believes that future of India will come from the ecosystem of startups in India and with her education degree PGDM from Welingkar Institute of Management and Research and her Global Internship Experience in Innovation Management and Research at Marlardarlen University in Sweden she currently helping businesses adapt design mindset in their business and become more innovative in tackling their everyday challenges and evade competition. She is also helping startups to adopt this mindset and bring in major change in the way do business. She is currently training young minds in design thinking and contributing largely in the startup ecosytem along with catering companies with their Branding and Marketing requirements
